Yoga Thai Massage
After our bitter cold winter, spring seems sweeter this year. The changing seasons are a good time to reflect on your health and fitness goals. I've had a busy few months studying to offer new ways of supporting you in your wellbeing. I completed a marma point therapy training that I am incorporating into my Thai Massage sessions. These are key points in the body that relieve stress, anxiety, joint, digestion, headaches and so much more. If you haven't been for a massage in a while, now is the time! Para Yoga Teacher Training
I continue to embrace the vast knowledge of yoga. My latest teacher training is with yogarupa, Rod Stryker. Rod's methodology of yoga asana, pranayama and meditation are exactly what I've been searching for. I'm very excited to continue my studies with him. I look forward to offering pranayama and meditation workshops in the near future.
